Thermal destratification is the equalisation of the air temperature throughout a building or enclosed space via our quiet economic directional ceiling fans. The significance of this is that this prevents all the hot air in a room, factory or warehouse rising to the ceiling and all the cold air sinking to the most important area i.e. the floor. The AIRIUS method of destratification, the moving of existing hot air at ceiling height back down to floor level, is more cost effective than alternative traditional oversized ceiling fans or re-engineering existing HVAC systems. In high buildings temperatures at roof height can easily reach 35 °C whilst temperatures on the floor can struggle to reach acceptable levels.
